Returns and Refunds
We want you to feel informed when shopping with Vianellea. If an item is
not right for you, contact us before sending anything back so we can
confirm eligibility and provide the appropriate return instructions.
Return Request Window Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to
request a return. The request window does not limit any mandatory rights
you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Return Condition Unless applicable law requires otherwise, items should
be returned unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original
condition, with any included parts, accessories, and packaging
reasonably preserved. Items that show use, damage, or alteration
unrelated to an original defect may not qualify for a standard
change-of-mind return.

number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping the
item. Parcels sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or may not
be matched to your order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items If an item arrives damaged,
incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear
photographs where helpful. We will review the details and advise whether
a replacement, refund, return, or another resolution is appropriate.
Return Shipping Responsibility for return-shipping costs will be
explained when your return request is reviewed, taking into account the
reason for the return and applicable law. Please use a trackable
shipping service where practical and retain proof of postage until the
case is resolved.
Refund Processing Once a returned item is received and assessed, we will
notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are submitted to the
original payment method where possible. The time it takes for funds to
appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Shipping charges, taxes, and other fees will be handled in accordance
with the checkout terms and applicable law.
Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where
permitted by law, including items clearly identified as non-returnable
before purchase. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot
legally be excluded.
